TokenTrade Corporation is provider in full compliance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Anti Terrorist Financing (ATF) rules and governmental regulations applicable to Wyoming corporations.  

We strive to comply with The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) recommendations.  FATF is the global money laundering and terrorist financing watchdog. The inter-governmental body sets international standards that aim to prevent these illegal activities and the harm they cause to society. As a policy-making body, the FATF works to generate the necessary political will to bring about national legislative and regulatory reforms in these areas.  

We screen all our international (non US) clients against the US Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions list.  

We may require additional information from our clients and may refuse providing services in case of any suspicions of AML/ATF requirements and sanctions.

WYOMING MONEY TRANSMITTERS ACT specifically exempts from licensing “Buying, selling, issuing, or taking custody of payment instruments in the form of virtual currency or receiving virtual currency for transmission to a location within or outside the United States by any means” – We accept Crypto as a form of payment  without need to apply for Money Transfer License.Please note that money transfer regulations differ in other 49 states. Thus we could not accept crypto payments or sell crypto from/to residents of the USA (from those 49 states other than Wyoming – because we will be in conflict with the other state’s regulations;  we do not accept/sell crypto from/to WY residents as they have more efficient ways of payments/purchase) .
