Timothy Pisarchuk - President of The TokenTrade Corporation. Since childhood Timothy was fascinated by business and technology. His passion developed into the vision of a company that would provide world class services at extremely competitive prices. Timothy is currently completing his studies at York University (Toronto) while spending his free time optimizing cost efficiency and growing his business.

Konstantin Pisarchuk, CPA, CFA – Corporate Secretary. Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst Konstantin has more than 20 years experience in the field of finance.  He spent 7 years with “Big 4” accounting firms PWC and KPMG before continuing his career in private sector, where he held several top financial positions with different companies around the Globe. He is currently in advising Mr. President on all financial, tax, and legal matters.
